Honeycomb

A play on perspective, ‘Honeycomb’ is a contemporary toast rack which aligns at a certain angle to reveal a hexagonal pattern.

Using Autodesk Fusion 360 software, this product was carefully imagined on CAD. For the toast rack bases, white oak was handcrafted and finished with mineral oil and citrus wax. This drew out the veins in the wood, giving each product a naturally unique appearance. The warm tones of the finished wood compliment the brass wiring which was meticulously hand-shaped to precise dimensions and worked to a bright finish.
